This notice describes the marketplace's current operational handling of account, seller, business, listing, payment and security information. It should receive jurisdiction-specific legal review before production launch.
Information used
The platform may process account and contact information, seller/business verification information, listing content, payment-reference evidence, security logs and marketplace activity needed to operate, secure and audit the service.
Security and retention
Private identity and payment documents are stored outside public web paths and access is audited. Retention and legal-hold controls apply to sensitive seller evidence. Access should be limited to authorized roles.
Consent evidence
Registration records the accepted policy versions, acceptance time, interface locale and a keyed fingerprint of the network address rather than storing that address as consent evidence in plaintext.
