Edaga Habesha Terms of Use
These terms govern use of the Edaga Habesha marketplace. They are an operational baseline and should receive jurisdiction-specific legal review before production launch.
Marketplace role
Edaga Habesha provides listing, discovery, communication and marketplace-management tools. Sellers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability and condition of what they publish and for complying with applicable laws.
Accounts and listings
Users must provide accurate account information, protect their credentials and avoid fraudulent, unlawful, misleading or abusive activity. Edaga Habesha may moderate, suspend or remove accounts and listings that violate platform rules.
Payments and disputes
Where the platform reviews publication, promotion, registration or subscription payments, users must submit accurate payment references and evidence. Marketplace parties remain responsible for evaluating counterparties and transaction terms.
Changes
Material updates receive a new policy version. Where required, users may be asked to accept an updated version before continuing relevant services.
